Common questions
Everything you need to know about ClinAccess and how we work.
Do you sell medicines?
No. ClinAccess does not sell prescription medicines. We provide navigation and coordination support for legitimate access pathways.
Do you guarantee access to a drug or enrollment in a trial?
No. Access and enrollment depend on clinical appropriateness, eligibility, availability, program rules, and governance requirements. We work to navigate pathways efficiently, but cannot guarantee outcomes.
Do you act as a CRO?
We are an enabling partner. We support feasibility, start-up, and on-the-ground coordination to strengthen trial execution in Ghana. We do not replace CROs but work alongside them to improve local operational outcomes.
What diseases do you focus on?
We prioritize underserved diseases in Africa—especially cancer—where delays and access barriers can be devastating. This includes solid tumors and, where infrastructure exists, hematologic malignancies.
Are you only in Ghana?
We start in Ghana. Our goal is to expand across Africa as we scale responsibly, building on the foundation and partnerships we establish here.
How do I refer a patient?
Clinicians can submit a referral through our Clinician Referral page. We'll review the case and reach out to discuss potential access pathways and how we can support.
How do pharmaceutical companies work with you?
Sponsors and CROs can reach out through our Partner Inquiry page. We'll schedule a discovery call to understand your study needs and discuss how ClinAccess can support your Ghana operations.
Do you provide medical advice?
No. ClinAccess does not provide medical advice. We support treating clinicians with access navigation and operational coordination. All clinical decisions remain with the licensed healthcare providers.
